New Scholarship Program for Moms

There are many good reasons why Americans will never regret the election of Barack Obama as President of America. First reason is that of equality; a person of color occupying the highest post of the country clearly shows that the United States is country of equal opportunities and those who work hard will be rewarded by society. Another reason, which should be for women, is that Obama’s government is taking the advancement of women rights to another level by offering them financial aid to get educated.

After coming into office, Obama has come out with a scholarship program for women. It is expected that under this program, most women in America will become highly educated individuals who will be better able to play their roles in society.

The program has made available funds totaling several millions of dollars to be disbursed to women who enroll in college or university. There are no strings attached to the funds: if you are a woman and an American citizen of 18 years and above, you are basically qualified to receive the fund if you apply. The only thing that prevents you from receiving the funds is when you are not enrolled for any program of study.

There are no proposals to write about this. Just apply and get the money for your education. You are allowed to spend the money on any thing that concerns your higher education. You can use it to cater for your accommodation, transportation, utilities and any other expenses. Mothers are allowed to spend it on their children upkeep.

With this program Obama has truly proven his love and support for the women of America and for this he will forever be remembered.
