Gurgaon, a city, which has recently become a happening place, is in the northern Indian state of Haryana. With a growing population of about 200,000 people, it is a part of the National Capital Region of Delhi, popularly called as NCR. And because of this residential and commercial property in Gurgaon has touched new heights.

Gurgaon property has reached a peak, which seemed impossible just a few years back. Today, buying a house in Gurgaon is not an easy task for a common man. Be it an apartment, a flat, or a villa, the prices are exceptionally higher and beyond the reach of a common man.

Today, skyscrapers and modern shopping malls dot the city. Gurgaon can also be called as India’s outsourcing capital. A LOT Number of multinational companies have built their hubs in Gurgaon. Because of this thousands of professionals have recently made their home in Gurgaon. Buying apartments in newly constructed colonies has become a trend.

Be it DLF, South City, or Sushant Lok, buying property in gurgaon areas is a craze among the youngsters. The fast growing population with ever growing purchasing power has created a huge demand for housing and so property prices have escalated multifolds in recent years. The number of gurgaon property dealers has also gone up.

However, the main problem still remains to be availability of public transport system. In practical terms, it is almost negligible. There are plans to extend the Delhi Metro to Gurgaon but this will definitely take some time.

There are also plans to start the eight-lane toll expressway between Gurgaon and New Delhi, which will provide non-stop connectivity to the International Airport and Dhaula Kuan in Delhi, but these all are things on papers. Let us wait and watch what the future has in store for Gurgaon.
