Bad Credit Loans Loan In Canada Explanation Of Bad Credit Payday Loans Part Fifty Three

Recent studies by the Centre for Responsible Lending into bad credit payday loans showed that ninety one percent of all payday loans, which include bad credit payday loans, are made to borrowers who have applied for and have already been granted four to five bad credit payday loans within the period of one year. These studies also disclosed that on average most people apply for and are granted between eight and thirteen payday loans every year and all these loans are applied for and granted to the borrower from the same bad credit payday loan agency or company. Many borrowers find it difficult to stay with one bad credit payday loan lender or business because of the abnormally high interest rates applied to bad credit payday loans by most lenders. Borrowers must conduct proper research to identify a bad credit payday loan lender that they can trust and that will apply the lowest interest rate possible onto their loans.

These surveys have also revealed that borrowers looking for bad credit payday loans will more often than not apply for them from more than one chosen lender. On average, most borrowers will approach at least two different bad credit payday loan lenders and then apply for and receive around fourteen to twenty two bad credit payday loans between these two lenders every year. Many borrowers eventually end up paying repeated loan fees and charges for no new loan or no increase in the initial principal loan amount originally granted. It has been found that as little as one percent of all bad credit payday loans are granted to one time bad credit payday loan borrowers who will only use the cash to pay their way out of unplanned financial emergencies. Therefore all potential bad credit payday loan borrowers need to comprehensively research bad credit payday loans before they apply for them, as they usually turn out to be a debt inducing financial commitment.

It is a well known fact that bad credit payday loans are the most expensive type of loan that people can apply for. Even though these types of loans are only for very small amounts of cash borrowed or lent over a very short period, they are always associated with the highest interest rate because of the loan fees and charges that respective lenders place on them. These loans should only be applied for as a last resort after researching all other types of loans in order to relieve specific financial commitments and or emergencies. Bad credit payday loans should only be used to pay for unexpected and unplanned financial emergencies and for nothing else. Under no circumstances should the money obtained from bad credit payday loans be used to pay for regular and consistent monthly debts, payments and expenses. People using bad credit payday loans for these purposes will end up with enormous debt which they will not be able to pay off and will ultimately destroy their credit records.

GetEducated.com Awards $1,000 Online College Scholarship to Three Core 4 Women Mothers

GetEducated.com Awards $ 1,000 Online College Scholarship to Three Core 4 Women Mothers

Burlington, VT (PRWEB) November 16, 2010

GetEducated.com awards free $ 1,000 online college scholarships to members of Core 4 Women, a non-profit distance learning forum. This fall, three winners were chosen to receive online college grants through the scholarships for women program.

GetEducated.com is the only consumer group dedicated to helping students rate, rank, and compare accredited online colleges and universities. Core 4 Women is a social networking site that provides opportunities for women to improve their lives through online education.

Rebecca Danielson, Regina White, and Cecilia Parmar are all mothers and advocates of distance learning. They are actively involved in the Core 4 Women community and devoted to their online studies.

Regina White, 42, is a member of the Athabascan Indian tribe in Alaska. She will use the distance learning scholarship to pursue a Bachelor in Social Work at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Although White suffers from a spinal condition and a hand disability from a work-related injury, she insists on moving forward with her degree.

“Regardless of these diagnoses, I will still graduate from college. It is faith and hard work that propel my dream,” says White. She has been on the Chancellor’s list since her enrollment in 2009, and strives to make the Dean’s list before graduating.

Rebecca Danielson works as an HR Recruiter in Fairview Heights, Illinois. She pursues a Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Development at Baker College Online.

Danielson explains, “As a full-time working mother, I am very limited in my availability to take classes in a traditional classroom setting. The flexibility of my schedule is one of the greatest benefits. Without that option, I am not confident that a bachelor degree would be attainable.”

At 32, Danielson has three daughters who are eight, seven, and five years old. Danielson aims to be a good role model and an inspiration for her family. Her husband is a volunteer firefighter, a full-time communications manager, and also pursues his bachelor degree through online courses.

Cecilia Parmar, 42, works as an Administrative Assistant in Monroe Township, New Jersey. She will use the free online scholarship toward a Masters in Library and Information Science.

Parmar has always been fascinated by archival studies, but with constant changes in her work schedule and her daughter’s school schedule, she feared traditional on-campus classes would interrupt the balance in her lifestyle.

“I knew that I could not move to attend graduate school. My family, work and responsibilities lay firmly where I live,” says Parmar. In the spring of 2007, she discovered San Jose State University’s distance learning programs for library science. After maintaining her studies for over three years, Parmar sums up distance learning in one word: “practical”.

Parmar obtained her first masters in Humanity through the online program at California State University, Dominguez Hills. She is excited to complete her second graduate certificate and hopes to achieve a doctorate degree in the future.

GetEducated will continue to offer scholarships to Core 4 Women members; visit Core4Women.org for more information. Further details about the Core 4 Women Online Scholarship are available at GetEducated.com. The next deadline for the women in distance learning scholarship is March 15, 2011.

GetEducated also offers Excellence in Online Education Scholarships to U.S. citizens enrolled in online universities who maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average. The deadline for this distance learning scholarship is also March 15, 2011.

eLearners.com and The Tyra Show Surprise Three Moms with Full-Tuition Online-College Scholarships

eLearners.com and The Tyra Show Surprise Three Moms with Full-Tuition Online-College Scholarships

Hoboken, NJ (PRWEB) April 26, 2010

Project Working Mom (http://www.projectworkingmom.com) and The Tyra Show helped transform the lives of three women on April 23, 2010 when they awarded the very deserving moms full-tuition online-college scholarships during an episode of The Tyra Show. After sharing the women’s stories, Tyra surprised each of the moms granting them all a scholarship to study online. Now all three mothers have the opportunity to go to college without having to worry about the cost, thanks to Project Working Mom and three accredited online schools: Ashford University, Ashworth College and Everest University.

“I was absolutely stunned, it was a watershed moment between the impossible and the possible,” said Celeste Chappell-Bates, an Ashford University scholarship recipient, recalling how she felt after receiving the scholarship. “I’d tried to complete my degree my entire adult life and so many things kept getting in the way – finances being the biggest obstacle – and that was taken away in an instant. It was unbelievable, a huge blessing.”

Each of the women awarded full-tuition scholarships on The Tyra Show submitted an essay to http://www.projectworkingmom.com describing their goals, why education is important to them and past instances of triumph over adversity.

“When I found out I won it was such an amazing feeling and such a relief,” said Jamie Harrington, one of the Project Working Mom recipients who was also surprised on the show. “My oldest son is getting ready to go to college in the fall, so I really didn’t know how or when I was going to be able to start myself. This is something I’ve always wanted to do and now I can.”

The full-tuition scholarships were awarded to:

Vanessa Baker, Grampian, PA – Vanessa will pursue the professional website design program from

Ashworth College.

Celeste Chappell-Bates, Lewis Center, OH – Celeste will pursue a bachelors degree in journalism and mass communication, from Ashford University.

Jamie Harrington, Richlands, NC – Jamie will pursue an associates degree in business, from Everest University.

“An amazing journey is ahead for each of these scholarship recipients, and it was such a great experience to share in their joy during the show,” said Helen MacDermott, Content Director for Project Working Mom. “The goal of Project Working Mom is to give people another chance to go back to school and to get the education they have always wanted. So far, we’ve fulfilled that dream for nearly 200 people!”

This is the fourth iteration of the Project Working Mom scholarship program. The Project Working Mom programs have generated more than 500,000 applications from moms and dads hoping to go back to school online. The programs have already awarded approximately $ 6 million in full-tuition scholarships.

Vanessa Baker, another Project Working Mom scholarship recipient on The Tyra Show, has advice for other parents thinking of going back to school: “Be driven. Go for it! If there is something you want, try to achieve it. Don’t give up. Unless it’s clear it wasn’t meant to be for this time, keep being proactive toward the dream. You never know how things will work out.”

Applications for the next round of Project Working Mom scholarships are still being accepted. The remaining deadlines to apply are Tuesday, April 27 (5 PM EST) and September 30, 2010. Scholarships are available for programs from the associate’s degree to Ph.D. level. The eight accredited online institutions currently providing Project Working Mom scholarships are: Ashford University, Everest University, Virginia College, Walden University, Capella University, Saint Leo University, Allied Schools and Ashworth College.

Three Cheers for Scholarships for Mothers Looking To Return To School

A mother is a pillar of support to her kids. She portrays the strengths and values which she wants her children to possess. She wishes only the best for her children and she will do anything to achieve that. She might work at odd jobs to increase the income of the family. But, now she needs to understand that with a proper degree or qualification, she can earn better and provide a better standard of living to her family. The government also has the same vision regarding education and thus, different scholarships for mothers in colleges have been organized so that their continuation of studies is not disrupted.

Scholarships, unlike loans, are gifts symbolizing your efforts and dedication and are absolutely interest free. Different organizations have come forward identifying the need to provide scholarships. One among them is the eLearners.com which plays an important role in its attempt to provide the maximum financial assistance to mothers to continue with their college education. eLearners.com is working along with various colleges like American Intercontinental University, DeVry University and Walden University, etc. and is proposing to offer million as scholarships to working mothers throughout the nation. It has also launched a new program called “Project Working Mom – Putting Education to Work”, which is a plea to the mothers out there to unearth the proper financial aid and return to colleges.

Obama’s ‘Moms Return to School’ campaign is an extraordinary attempt at the part of the government to push the mothers to attend schools and colleges. Some of these scholarships are so prompt and helpful that if you are selected for the grant, the entire educational expenditure during the entire course of the degree is sponsored. The American Association of University Women(AAUW) works particularly for the welfare of women and provides unique grants and scholarships for mothers especially in the low-income class and also for working mothers. Raise the Nation supports the life of single mothers. It provides continuing education scholarship for those who are in dire monetary needs. Then, there are scholarships like Women’s Independence Scholarship program which extends financial aid for education for the victims of domestic violence. Other scholarship programs which are also trying to make a difference in the lives of the mothers are The Jeanette Rankin Foundation Scholarship Program, Patsy Takemoto Mink Education Foundation for Low-Income Women, The R.O.S.E. Scholarship and so on.

Mothers should learn that they can hardly be the ‘back-seaters’ anymore. She cannot be left behind in the competition thinking that her responsibilities are different. Scholarships for mothers in colleges are provided so that the mothers learn to battle their way and try achieving greater heights by completing their education and become qualified to meet their career needs.

Many places offer scholarships just for being in a specific group. Take just a few minutes to get a scholarship just for being a mother. That’s ,000 that does not have to be paid back. Here it is, Scholarship for Mothers and it’s free.

Three Financial Statements

Every company and business organization regularly issues three financial statements which give an accurate assessment of the financial health and the state of affairs of the company. These statements are analyzed by industry experts, by speculators and shareholders, and by the company itself to see how well they are handling their business and their finances.

These financial statements are issued on an annual basis, and the entire world of accounting is based on these statements. Various studies can be carried out with the help of the information published in these statements, and a number of ratios and formulas also exist to understand the state of financial affairs better. Every time money comes in or goes out from the business it needs to be recorded somewhere, and these financial statements are a collection of all these records.

The importance of these financial statements cannot be underestimated at all, and they form the basis of many advanced fields of study. Let us now look at the three financial statements of a corporation. Here are some financial statements examples and financial statement samples to help you understand these concepts better.

Balance Sheet

This statement shows all the assets and the liabilities of the company. It is a statement with two major columns, the right side being the assets side and the left side being the liabilities side. This statement works on the dual entry system of accountancy bookkeeping, and the total number of assets must always balance the total number of liabilities. The balance sheet of a company can be an assessment of the assets and liabilities on any single day, or during the course of an entire financial year.

Assets are broken down into several smaller categories like fixed assets, current assets, and other amounts. These are all the amounts that are due to be received by the company. On the other hand, liabilities are all the amounts that the company owes other parties. These include current liabilities, shareholder equity, and many other items. The basic concept that needs to be remembered here is Assets = Liabilities + Shareholders Equity, and that the total assets must always be equal to total liabilities.

Income Statement

This is another of the three financial statements used by businesses. The income statement is also known as the Profit and Loss Account, and this shows all the expenses and the incomes for a certain period of time. Most commonly, this amount of time is one quarter of a financial year, or 3 months. This statement ultimately shows the amount of profit that has been enjoyed over a time period, or the amount of loss that has been incurred. Going by the results, the company can judge how well it is operating, and it can then decide what its next step of action is going to be.

Some of the most common figures that can be found from the income statement are Earnings Per Share (EPS), and income before taxes and other deductions. First the gross profit is calculated, and then finally the amount of net profit is arrived at. Other factors like cost of sales, depreciation and discounts are also taken into consideration here. Observers can study the income statement of a company and see how high its profitability really is. This profit and loss statement sample will also prove useful.

Cash Flow Statement

This statement gives a report of the total amount of cash that comes into the business, and the amount of cash that goes out. It may sound similar to the income statement, but the purpose of cash flow statement analysis is different. The income statement is used to calculate net profit, while the cash flow statement is used to find out how much cash is actually available. Situations like depreciation, accounts payable and accounts receivable affect the cash amount, but cannot be seen physically. Hence, the need for the cash flow statement is real and essential.

The cash flow statement takes operating activities, investing activities and financing activities into account before giving an assessment about how much cash the company has actually generated. This gives the company the opportunity to decide how much cash to spend on expenses. These three financial statements play a big role to aid the policy makers and financial decision makers in the company itself.

Each of these three financial statements is vital in its own right, and plays a crucial role. It is mandatory for every business to maintain and publish these statements, because no company can operate under a veil of secrecy, especially if there are shareholders involved. After all, it is the money of these shareholders that works towards running the business.

Home Improvements – Three Mistakes To Avoid

Home improvements are made for a variety of reasons. Sometimes those reasons are confused in the mind of the homeowner. That explains the first of the common mistakes listed below.

1. Not Being Clear About Your Purpose

With any home improvement, you should be clear about why you are doing it, so you can be clear about whether it is worth the cost. People often confuse their motivations, saying that a given project is not only to make the home more livable for them, but is an “investment” as well. The problem is, it may not be an investment that yields any return.

In a report recently in Remodeling Magazine, the average cost and added value of various home improvements was shown for different areas of the country. The worst remodeling projects, including creating a home office, only returned about half of the cost in added value. With the best, including a basement remodel, you get back about 90% of what you spend.

Let me do the math for you: every single one of the improvements in every area of the country was a money losing proposition on average. Now, it is true that some are better than others. The average attic bedroom addition only cost $13,000 more than it adds in value to the home, while you lose $30,000 on the average master bedroom suite project. It is also true that if you are knowledgeable and creative, you can add more in resale value than you spend.

Be clear about this. If you spend $68,000 creating a master bedroom suite, and it only adds $38,000 to the value of your home, this is not an “investment.” The real cost in the long run is $30,000. That’s what you pay for your personal enjoyment of it.

With that in mind, you may want to consider how long you will live in the house, and divide that costs into those months to decide if it is really worth it. If you move five years later, that nicer bedroom cost you $6,000 per year to enjoy, or $500 per month. If that seems reasonable, do the improvement. If an extra vacation or two annually, or $500 per month going into a retirement account, or any other way you could spend that $30,000 sounds better, drop the project or scale it down.

2. Not Being Clear In The Contract

If you don’t know what you want, you are likely to pay a lot more than you think for home improvements. This is because whatever you agree with the contractor on, that’s what you get for the price. Every little change will be extra, so know what you are trying to do in advance, and make sure it is included in the bid and the contract.

You may be wise enough to have a deadline in the contract, rather than just an “estimated date of completion.” But a deadline alone may not be enough. You may also want to consider a clause that specifies penalties for not completing the job on time. A line saying that the price will be reduced by $100 for each day past the deadline is a “motivational clause.” Also, never pay in full until the job is done.

3. Not Being Prepared For The Process

Large home improvements involve large messes. You may have to deal with dust and piles of construction materials for weeks or longer. Consider this when planning when to do the remodeling. Ask the contractor (before you sign the contract) if he will be completely cleaning up the mess in the end, and what you can expect during the process. Will they be providing a bathroom, or will the worker need access to yours? Will there be security issues, like walls that are open to the outside for days? Will you have to chain up your dog or warn the children about dangers?

The bottom line? Avoid these common mistakes and you will probably be happier than most with your home improvements.

My Favourite Three Home Working Ideas

OK, so you have decided to have a go at working from home and desire a quantity of ideas. What are you go to do? Well, here is our top three selection of working from home tips.

1) One of the simplest work at home ideas to get started in is no doubt completing surveys. Just find a list of appropriate websites, sign up for all of them and see what they have to offer. Some will offer points that you can cash in as vouchers, others will offer entries into prize draws whilst some might just offer straight cash.

Whatsoever suits your daily life and needs most would be the best option for you, but cash in hand might not always be achievable. Also, although you might desire the survey site that offers cash over vouchers, if the voucher site gives you more constructive and appealing surveys, then you are most likely best sticking with that.

2) Our following home working idea requires a bit of a build up prior to you can get it moving and that is blogging. Yes, pure and simple blogging. If you do not know what to do, visit WordPress, Blogger or any free blog service and sign-up for a free account. Then, start writing about whatever takes your fancy. Potentially a hobby or interest or maybe on the side you are a senior investor.

Doesn’t matter what, write a few times a week and work on getting other blogs linking to you. Then you can sign up to one of the pay per blog post schemes on the market and start signing up for vacant opportunities. Again, this requires a bit of work and patience.

At first, without a standing, you will only be able to take on low value employment. But as you build a first-rate standing for writing well and as your blog builds search engine esteem and followers, you can start to earn quite a hefty income per post. In due course, maybe one or two posts per week will fund whatever it is you are saving for.

3) Our third working from home idea is one more that takes some exertion. But then any acceptable home working scheme is not quick and easy and off the shelf. For this idea is affiliate selling.

Affiliate selling comes in lots of forms. Some merchants will give you with a white label website, which is a copy of their website devoid of any of their branding, or possibly even space for your own branding. There are also affiliate scheme directories, which will list many alternative affiliate schemes to work with. Possibly you are technically capable and could take a product feed from a merchant and build your own website of their offerings, which links to the merchant for sales.

Or perhaps you are a blogger and can blog about the gifts a merchant has there to see. Recommendations from you to your readers can work well and result in a lot of sales, all of which should earn you a fee.

No matter what working from home idea you decide to take on it is vital that you take part in only highly regarded schemes. If the scheme asks you to pay them, then it is possibly worth side stepping it.

The Three Golden Rules for a Mutual Fund Advisor

You have decided to start putting some extra money away. The motivation is to save for your children’s college fund, or set up a retirement account, or maybe to save for a down payment on a house. All very good reasons and you should be congratulated for your decision. And you are thinking about investing in mutual funds. This is another good decision. Unless you follow the stock market or know of a stock broker who you trust and who has a good track record, the mutual fund market is the best decision.

Now what you need is a good mutual fund advisor. This decision is almost as important as the decision you made to start saving. If you are planning to invest this money over a long period time, such as for retirement, then the difference between good investment choices and average investment choices is staggering. And if the time frame of your investment is shorter, such as for a down payment on a house, the difference can still be substantial.

Here Are the Three Golden Rules of a Good Mutual Funds Advisor

Compensation

How is your mutual funds manager going to be compensated? Typically there are three ways an investment advisor is paid: commissions, hourly rate charge, or a fee based on the amount of your investment fund. The first two, commissions and hourly rate charge, are probably not the best situation for you.

Investment advisors that are paid on commission earn their income whenever there is a transaction in your account. You buy into a fund and they earn a commission. Let’s say that fund does not perform well. Then you sell that fund and they get a commission. But let’s say that fund does do well. Then you keep that fund and they do not get paid. Pretty easy to see that maybe this is not the type of motivation you want for your advisor.

The hourly investment advisor meets with you and makes some recommendations based on your investment goals. Then he usually steps out of the picture and leaves it up to you to monitor and evaluate your investments. This is probably not what you should want. You should be looking for someone with a more hands on approach.

The last type of compensation for a mutual funds advisor is the fee based advisor. This person is paid an annual fee that is a small percentage of your invest pool. This fee usually ranges from one to two percent. Here the motivation for the investment advisor is help you grow your investment larger, thus he gets a larger fee. It is a good situation for you and the advisor.

Six Month Reviews

A good mutual fund advisor should check in with you every six months. You will probably get monthly or quarterly statements about you account, but your fund advisor should contact you every six months and go over those statements and see if you have any questions. And do not be shy to ask any questions you have. It is your money and you need to oversee your advisor.

Annual Check Up

Your advisor needs to encourage you to sit down with him on an annual basis. At this meeting you should discuss with him not only the investment results, but also what your investments goals are now. Most likely they will not be changing every year, but there will be times that your plans have changed. And your investment advisor needs to be aware of what changes on going on in your life that might affect your investment future.

Summary.

Saving for a future event is a great personal decision. And another important decision is picking the right person to guide your investments. Three good traits of a mutual funds advisor is fair compensation, semi annual review of your investment returns, and an annual check up of your investment goals.
